5grouter.co.uk is an independent site about 5G routers and the things that make them work in the real world: antennas, SIMs, networks, VPNs and the occasional cabinet bolted to a lamp post in the rain.
The guides are written for people who specify, buy, install and support cellular connectivity for businesses and connected equipment. That means fewer superlatives and more detail about why a router that looked brilliant on paper is sitting at 12 Mbps in a plant room.
How we write
We explain the technology plainly, say when you do not need it, and name the trade-offs. Product examples are there to illustrate a point, not to fill a top ten.
